Nada Barake and George Barake from Casa Verde properties in Lebanon, Beirut (Monte Verde) are nothing but crooks that do not deliver properties on time (A delay of three years is normal)and do not maintain their promises even if it is contractual. Registration of property is also a problem since they do lots of illegalities that they end up not being able to do Ifraaz. Before buying any property check that it is clean since they usually have legal suits on lots of their properties. Lots of issues with many people. Stay away from them unless you are buying a property that is ready to move in.
